the creative process
1) play...
especially outside. The imagination is born within the context of play.
2) imagine...
any variety of concepts for creative projects. Actively & passively absorb inspiration from blogs, hikes, children, friends, even malls. ;)
3) gather supplies that inspire...
a) pine cones & sticks from the great outdoors
b) favorite colors of wool from infinite yarn stash

4) Smell, pet, & gaze at inspiring supplies. Then repeat Steps 1-2 as many times as needed.
5) Commit to an idea & gather the remaining supplies...

6) Create & proudly display final product.
