snow
This is quite delayed, but Seattle's recent snopocalypse was wonderful. The city became peacefully quiet & bright for several days. I still worked a little, but mostly our week was full of hot tea, fires, movies, & hikes in the snow with our eager snow-dog who woke up anxious to go out every morning. Snow always makes me ache for Montana (where Pal was born & will always consider home), but I'm grateful for the 1 or 2 snows we seem to get every year in Seattle.
Pal probably wouldn't like Louisiana very much. :)
ReplyDeleteProbably not. However, he did REALLY like his free range lifestyle when he lived in a MS for a few months. He was very hot, but he hunted constantly and drug up lots of things like deer carcases form the neighbors. Gross. But he loved it.
