I spent a few days in California this past week visiting the Rodgers clan (Antonio, baby Harrison, & parents) and, as always, thoroughly enjoyed seeing these sweet faces...

I also spent a few days on my own while I was down there - getting some much-needed sun in Malibu. Unfortunately, it was pretty cold (I think the beach gods have cursed me for life), but there were some good moments on the trip regardless. I camped the first night, which was fun and empowering since I'm afraid of the dark and all. But since the squirrels & bunnies that inhabited the bushes kept me awake all night, I opted to get a hotel room for the 2nd night. Anyway, here are some highlights...
